Yet, the SM-76C automatic shoe cover dispenser goes far beyond its inherent “cool factor.” Businesses large and small depend on the SM-76C to ensure efficient and clean ingress/egress for their high-volume facilities. First and foremost, our machines help curb operating costs and boost efficiency. At the same time, they keep floor spotless, all while delivering unparalleled ease of use.

Here is a brief overview on how to use the automatic shoe cover dispenser in your own personal or business environment.

How to Use the SM-76C Automatic Shoe Cover

When we say simple, we mean it. This was the root of our philosophy when developing the SM-76. If you’ve spent any time on our site, you might have noticed one our favorite formula:

In many ways, this is the extent of our “quick start guide.” Still, we thought we’d provide some more detailed instructions on how to use our automatic shoe cover dispenser.

After you place your order, you’ll receive two items:

At this point, setup is rather simple: move the shoe cover machine to the location of your choice, likely an entrance point to a laboratory, clean room, or other facility. Make sure the surface is flat, dry, and unobstructed. Once you have the shoe machine in place, plug the machine in and press the Enter (left arrow) button to turn on the machine.

Allow the machine a few moments to warm up (just a few!). Open the rear cover of the machine, take one of the Clear Basic PVC rolls out of the packaging and press the Down (down arrow) button to secure it into the film dock. Close the cover.

At this point, the machine is ready to use. To apply a shoe cover, simply:

That’s it! After each application, the machine will automatically reload another sheet of our thermo-shrinkable Clear Basic PVC shoe wrap. Assuming you’re pleased with the results, you can leave the machine plugged in for all of the visitors you plan to welcome that day—professional, personal, or otherwise.

Warm Wind Function

This function can be used to warm or dry shoes, which can be useful when weather conditions are bad. Warm Wind sets the heater to run in a continuous working state. Caution: before using this function, please make sure that there is no film on the footboard.

To begin, use the Next button to find Warm Wind, press Enter, and use the arrows to adjust the temperature as needed.

To return to normal mode, press Next then the Enter button.

Temperature Control

This function can be used to adjust the temperature used to apply the PVC wrap. Temperature ranges from 0-9 (default setting is 2).

To begin, press Next (right arrow), find Temp Control and press Enter (left arrow). You can use the arrows to adjust the temperature to suit your preferences, then press Enter.

For all of these settings, we recommend you adjust these settings based on a few test runs beforehand. This way, you can be sure that all of your visitors can spend less time on the shoe wrap and more time on the business at hand.

Enjoy!
